How do I schedule an equipment pickup?

Provide your asset list (a rough estimate is fine), address, access details, and preferred date. Our team confirms within 24–72 hours.

Is there a minimum equipment requirement?

For businesses, yes — a minimum quantity or value is required. For individuals, ship-in or drop-off may be available.

Can you assist with packing and de-racking?

Yes. We offer on-site packing, palletizing, and optional server de-racking and cable removal.

Data Security & Destruction

How do you ensure data is securely erased?

We use NIST 800-88 compliant software erasure, cryptographic wipe methods, and physical shredding when required.

Do you provide certificates of data destruction?

Yes — each data-bearing device receives a serialized certificate mapped to its exact drive ID.

Can you perform on-site data destruction?

Yes — ideal for high-security environments such as government, finance, and healthcare.

What types of devices can you sanitize?

HDDs, SSDs, NVMes, laptops, servers, RAID arrays, and network appliance storage.

Recycling & Sustainability

What happens to equipment that cannot be reused?
Items beyond repair are responsibly recycled through certified downstream partners. We maintain a strict zero-landfill commitment.
Do you provide ESG or environmental reporting?
Yes — including CO₂e savings, recycling weights, reuse ratios, and sustainability impact metrics.
Does Maxicom export e-waste overseas?
No. We only work with verified, responsible Canadian recyclers.
